The Grapevine Boilerplate
The grapevine has long been a metaphor for community wisdom and unity. Inspired by this, Grapevine is an emerging initiative reshaping the tech ecosystem. We are a grassroots collective led by startup founders, operators, investors, and leaders. Through sharing de-identified stories, we shine a light on threats to safe and equitable workplaces: such as harassment, bullying, and discrimination. Our mission is to empower individuals, guide organisational action, and catalyse collective action to build a more just and safe tech industry.
